It’s been a minute since I’ve had Sancho’s Tacos but when it came time to choose this week’s featured restaurant I wanted to support a local business that I haven’t been to in a while.  My first bite and I remembered why this place is so good!  If you haven’t been you’ll want to check this place out, or if you have been blessed enough to have had Sancho’s before schedule a visit back ASAP.

On tonight’s episode of Take-Out Tuesday I throughly enjoyed the following tacos from Sancho’s menu:

  • O.G.
  • Flounder Pounder
  • Skrimp’s Carnal

I also included a Raspberry Mint Margarita recipe for your at home pairing enjoyment!  I’ve listed it below for your reference.

Raspberry Mint Margarita

  • Tequila Blanco – 1 to 1.5 oz depending on desired strength
  • Creme de Cassis – .5 oz
  • Cointreau – .5 oz
  • Limeade or Lime juice – 3 oz.
  • 6 fresh raspberries
  • 2 mint leaves
  • Ice

In a cocktail shaker muddle raspberries and one mint leaf.  Fill halfway with ice.  Add tequila, liqueurs, and limeade.  Shake.  Pour into glass and garnish with other mint leaf.
